Online Application & Submit Documents

How to apply:

  • Visit Baseerah International School website
  • Go to Admissions → Click "Register Online"
  • Fill the online student registration form
  • Read and agree to consent terms
  • Click confirm and submit

Pay Registration Fees

RM 1,500 (one-time, non-refundable)

Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit card
  • Cheque payable to "Baseerah International School"
You'll receive payment instructions via email after submitting your application

Sit for Placement Test

Assessment helps us place your child in the appropriate academic level

What to expect:

  • Mathematics and English assessment
  • Age-appropriate difficulty level
  • Duration: 1-2 hours
  • Informal interview with principal or coordinator

Fees Payment (Accounts)

Upon acceptance, pay RM 2,000 deposit (refundable)

Tuition fees payable as per grade level (see fee structure below)

Discount Available:
  • 10% discount for 2nd child
  • 15% discount for 3rd child onwards
  • 10% discount for full year payment
  • 5% discount for semester payment

Collect Books and Uniforms

Purchase required textbooks and school uniforms from designated suppliers

Estimated costs:

  • Books: RM 800 - 1,500 (varies by grade)
  • Uniforms: RM 500 - 800

Apply for Visa (If Applicable)

For international students:

  • School provides visa sponsorship letter
  • Submit required documents to Student Registration Department
  • Pay all school fees including visa processing fees

Important Notes:
  • Additional fees of RM 500/subject for lab material and practical training
  • Fees for books and uniforms will be announced before the new academic year begins
  • Parents who pay one-year tuition fees during the first month are entitled to a 10% discount on tuition fees and a deposit waiver
  • For families who enroll more than one child, a 10% discount on tuition fees is given to the 2nd child and 15% to the 3rd onwards
  • There are two semesters in a year: the first is in August and the second is in January
Discount Scheme:
  • 10% discount on tuition fees for one-year full payment
  • 5% discount on tuition fees for one whole semester payment
Important Notes:
  • Transportation fees are for students who would like to be picked up and dropped off by the school transportation
  • For Ampang (selected areas only), RM 1,900 will be charged for each semester
